A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Software Engineer – (Go / Rust)

Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Concord, CA/ Iselin, NJ/ Charlotte, NC/Columbus, OH – 3 days hybrid on-site role

As a Software Engineer – (Go / Rust), you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance distributed systems
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code primarily in Go, with opportunities to contribute using Rust
• Work on an existing production platform, focusing on enhancements, performance optimization, and new feature development (not a greenfield build)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and resilience through best engineering practices
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Go (Golang) development and exposure to Rust (highly desirable)
• Understanding of distributed systems architecture, including concurrency, fault tolerance, and scalability
• Experience working on large-scale, complex engineering systems
• Problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience working with production environments

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70 - $75 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
