Descripción del trabajoTotal Non-taxable Pay : $1,246 Total Taxable Pay : $1,640 Gross Weekly Pay : $2,886 Active, unencumbered RN license in NM Or compact state license. Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting Prior experience as DON or ADON strongly preferred Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills Current BLS / CPR certification

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and support the daily operations of the nursing department
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with facility policies and state / federal regulations
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of nursing staff
- Conduct internal audits and quality assurance reviews to maintain compliance and improve outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning
- Implement and monitor infection control practices and health / safety protocols
- Manage nursing department budgets, staffing ratios, and resource utilization
- Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives and performance enhancement
- Serve as a clinical resource and respond to urgent or crisis situations when necessary
