Job Description

We are seeking a talented Multimedia Content Specialist / Content Developer to support strategic communications, digital engagement, and content development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, and website content management, with the ability to create compelling multimedia content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce digital and print materials, including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, reports, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Capture and edit professional photography and videography for events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
  • Create and edit multimedia content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Develop engaging visual content that aligns with branding and communication strategies.
  • Manage and maintain website content using content management systems (CMS).
  • Ensure content is accessible, accurate, and consistent across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communication and outreach efforts.
  • Assist with content planning, creative development, and publication of multimedia assets.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, photography, and video production.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience creating content for digital, social media, and print communications.
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS), preferably Drupal or similar platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and video editing work.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting public sector, healthcare, or large enterprise communication initiatives.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital content.
