As a Franchise Developer on the Franchise Development team, a typical day for you will include :

  • Generating leads and building comprehensive lists of prospective franchise owners.
  • Evaluating candidate suitability and providing informative consultations to guide them through the selection process, including financial qualification.
  • Effectively communicating the advantages and benefits of owning a Neighborly® franchise, highlighting key selling points.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to host informative recruiting meetings for potential franchise owners.
  • Contributing to the design and execution of advertising and trade show strategies to attract qualified candidates.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience : Five (5) or more years related experience in sales and / or training
  • Skills : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and informative interactions with diverse audiences.Proficiency in phone communication, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for potential franchisees.Thrives in a sales environment, demonstrating an outgoing personality, a positive attitude, and strong self-confidence.Exhibits a balanced approach to problem-solving, possesses resilience, and effectively manages rejection.Proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring their successful completion.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
