Oversee the daily functions of our Beverly Hills facility, ensuring that every department has the tools and support needed to thrive.
Design and implement operational workflows that streamline our unique research-to-market lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with department heads to set realistic, ambitious goals and track our progress toward them.
Manage our facility resources and supply chains, ensuring we remain efficient while maintaining our high standard of innovation.
Foster a culture of transparency and encouragement, where every team member feels empowered to voice their ideas.
Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights.
Minimum five years of management experience in a technical or scientific environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience managing budgets and complex resource allocation.
Advanced proficiency in project management software and data analytics platforms.
Strong track record of leading diverse teams toward shared objectives.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
Knowledge of regulatory standards within the biotechnology sector is preferred.
