Strategic Leadership & Culture

Education & Experience
The Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
The Track Record: 5+ years of progressive HSE leadership within a high-speed manufacturing environment (Injection Molding or Plastics experience is a significant plus).
The Certification: CSP, CIH, or CHMM certifications are highly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of OSHA regulations, EPA permit compliance, and Workers’ Compensation administration.
Systems Thinker: Proficient in using data to influence and motivate change.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable goals for shop-floor associates and executive leadership alike.
