Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-sufficientSenior Systems Engineerto join a collaborative team in a fully onsite role located in Mesa Arizona. This individual will serve as a technical lead supporting junior team members and working closely with the Director to take ownership of complex tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded technologist with deep expertise across a range of enterprise IT systems and platforms.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a senior technical resource capable of independently managing and resolving complex infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with the Director to take on delegated responsibilities and lead technical initiatives.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Perform installation configuration and management of VMware environments including vCenter and storage integration.
• Administer and support systems including O365 (Entra) Azure Active Directory SharePoint and enterprise storage solutions.
• Utilize support contracts for advanced troubleshooting when needed.
• Participate in occasional off-hours work typically scheduled on Fridays.
