$102,400 - $192,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
Engage daily with potential buyers and sellers, building genuine relationships that foster trust and open communication.
Schedule and conduct property showings, providing clients with valuable insights and market knowledge.
Utilize our proven systems to manage client pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress tracking.
Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with team members to share strategies and support each other's growth and success.
Maintain an organized database of client interactions, enabling you to deliver personalized service and track your achievements.
Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism, aiming to achieve the best outcomes for clients and our team.
