Responsibilities :

Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and target potential customers through direct outreach, cold calling, networking, and attending local events or trade shows.

Client Meetings & Presentations : Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, showcase our products or services, and present tailored solutions.

Sales Closures : Negotiate and close sales deals in the field, managing the sales process from start to finish.

Account Management : Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

Territory Management : Manage a designated sales territory, ensuring consistent coverage and engagement with customers.

Sales Reporting : Track and report daily sales activities, including lead progress, customer interactions, and sales pipeline, through CRM software.

Market Intelligence : Gather and communicate market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights to the sales team and management.

Product Knowledge : Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings to provide accurate information and deliver effective solutions to customers.

Requirements :

Drive & Motivation : A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently in the field while managing your own schedule.

Strong Communication Skills : Ability to engage with potential clients in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.

Sales Skills : A willingness to learn sales techniques and apply them effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Customer-Centric Mindset : Focused on delivering value to customers through solutions that meet their needs.

Problem Solving : Ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly and effectively.

Time Management : Able to manage your time and schedule efficiently to maximize productivity in the field.

Reliable Transportation : Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to client meetings and manage the territory.

Previous Experience (Optional) : While prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
