We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of events, activations, and community outreach initiatives . This hands-on, entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in event planning, event marketing, and community engagement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No prior experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career advancement .
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning, setup, and execution of events, brand activations, and community initiatives
Support event logistics , including materials, signage, supplies, and on-site coordination
Greet and engage attendees in a friendly, professional manner
Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and post-event reporting
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
Collect and report attendance, feedback, and engagement metrics
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable interacting with the public in a professional setting
Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in events, customer service, hospitality, or volunteer work is a plus but not required
