Are you a driven individual with a knack for connecting with people and guiding them through the complete sales journey? DebtBlue is seeking enthusiastic Full Cycle Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll own the entire sales process—from the initial conversation to closing the sale—using your communication skills to build trust, understand client needs, and deliver solutions that make a meaningful impact.

About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative at DebtBlue, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement strategy. You'll manage every stage of the sales process, ensuring a seamless, consultative, and positive experience for every prospective client.

This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen your sales skills, build lasting client relationships, and make a meaningful impact within the financial services industry.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through outbound phone calls.

  • Build rapport quickly while identifying each client's financial needs and goals.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine how our financial solutions can help.

  • Present personalized program information and recommendations tailored to each client's situation.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification through enrollment.

  • Effectively overcome objections and address client questions with confidence and professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure a smooth client experience after enrollment.

  • Continuously improve your sales techniques, product knowledge, and professional skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary + Commission
