We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in marketing, providing hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As an Entry Level Marketing Specialist, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and support our overall business objectives.

Job : On site

Location : Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range : $20.25 - $30.00  per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Coordinate logistics for promotional events and trade shows

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
