Custody Operations Specialist (Entry Level)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM

This role focuses on organizing and tracking loan files in a secure vault. You'll spend most of the day walking, filing documents, and checking accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Pull and file loan documents on shelves
• Make sure files are in the correct location
• Look for missing files using the computer and physical shelves
• Keep files neat, organized, and accurate
• Be on your feet most of the day, using step stools when needed

What We're Looking For

• Basic computer skills (Excel a plus)
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and stay organized
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Willing to learn no vault experience required

Work Environment

• Quiet, clean vault (office-warehouse style)
• Business casual dress
• Comfortable shoes recommended

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
