Key Responsibilities Provide coding of medical records and supporting documentation according to coding guidelines Meet quality and productivity standards while managing account and claim data attributes Address coding issues and assist with client audits and billing questions as needed Required Qualifications AAPC or AHIMA certification required (e.g., CPC, CPC-H, CCS, or CCS-P) Two years of medical coding, billing, and management experience preferred Knowledge of the healthcare industry and coding policy changes Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and Excel Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
