As a Full Cycle Sales Representative at DebtBlue, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement strategy. You'll manage every stage of the sales process, ensuring a seamless, consultative, and positive experience for every prospective client.

Initiate contact with prospective clients through outbound phone calls.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification through enrollment.
Effectively overcome objections and address client questions with confidence and professionalism.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure a smooth client experience after enrollment.
Continuously improve your sales techniques, product knowledge, and professional skills.
