  6. Support pediatric patients and their families with compassion, reassurance, and clear communication
  7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
  8. Follow infection prevention and control policies, including proper use of PPE and aseptic techniques
  9. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
  10. Uphold patient rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Nursing Assistant certification (CNA)
  2. Previous experience in a healthcare, hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting preferred
  3. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
  4. Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and common patient care practices
  5. Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist patients with mobility (with or without assistive devices)
  6. Familiarity with infection control standards and infectious disease protocols
  7. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and standard precautions
  8. Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
  9. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
