Descripción del trabajoPost jobs, screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews Lead new hire orientation (on-site as needed) Build and improve our recruiting funnel and onboarding flow Help us build out a career page and hiring presence that reflects our culture Write-ups, terminations, investigations, incident reports Track attendance, PTO, documentation, and injury follow-ups Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with AZ labor laws Build out updated policies, handbooks, and HR infrastructure Create systems to build morale, reduce churn, and recognize great work Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and tech check-ins Collaborate on field tech engagement strategies Suggest ways to improve leadership communication, feedback, and rewards Be very tech-savvy — you’ll use platforms like Slack, Playbook Builder, Airtable, Paylocity, and more Organize data, monitor hiring metrics, and help streamline communication Work closely with our managers to ensure every tech and staff member feels heard, supported, and empowered Monday through Friday Mostly remote (you’ll come into the office when needed — Peoria-based HQ) Flexibility is great, but must be available during core business hours 3+ years in an HR or People Operations role Strong working knowledge of AZ labor laws and documentation best practices Confident, kind, direct communicator — not afraid of hard conversations Tech-savvy and organized — able to build systems and keep things moving Passion for culture, morale, and helping others grow Bonus : experience in home services, cleaning, or managing field staff 60,000–$65,000 / year PTO, paid holidays, flexibility, team support Ownership of your department and the space to truly make a difference Leadership that listens, supports, and wants you to win

Who We’re Looking For :
We’re hiring a Hybrid HR Manager who is passionate about people, culture, and building better systems. You’ll be our go-to for hiring, HR compliance, General HR and employee retention — and a key player in our mission to build a place where people feel valued and proud to work.
You’ll work mostly from home, Monday through Friday, but be available to come into the office when needed — especially for interviews, onboarding, terminations, 1 : 1 check-ins, or orientation days.
