Position : Human Resources Generalist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with an esteemed organization in Kansas City, KS, to find a dedicated Human Resources Generalist. We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable HR Generalist with a strong focus on benefits administration and payroll processing . This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution, managing employee benefits programs, and supporting broader HR functions including compliance, onboarding, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities :
Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Maintain payroll records and reports, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Administer employee benefits programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issues.
Maintain HRIS and employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Participate in audits, reporting, and HR projects as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of HR experience with a focus on payroll and benefits.
Proficiency with payroll systems (, ADP, Paycom, Paylocity) and HRIS platforms.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and payroll regulations.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Pay Details : $60, to $75, per year
