Key Responsibilities Review inpatient and / or IVR medical records and handle 14-16 charts per day Accurately assign ICD-10-CM diagnostic and ICD-10-PCS / CPT-4 HCPCS procedural codes Manage additional coding responsibilities and assist with various coding tasks as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Completion of anatomy and physiology course(s) required Minimum 3 years of acute care inpatient and / or IVR coding experience Demonstrated maintenance of 85% or higher accuracy in coding and DRG assignment Ability to work in a remote environment
