Software Developer

Are you ready to code with purpose? At MyCHN, a nonprofit healthcare leader with 100+ providers across 15+ locations, we're on a mission to build healthier communitiesand we need your tech skills to make it happen. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to create software that improves lives, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build intuitive, accessible software
  • Develop APIs and integrate with EHRs and clinical systems
  • Ensure secure, HIPAA-compliant data exchange
  • Conduct testing and QA to deliver smooth user experiences
  • Document systems and train clinic staff
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve systems

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, or PHP
  • Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Node.js backend and MySQL database skills
  • Familiarity with CI / CD, cloud platforms, and DevOps
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Bonus : Experience with EHRs and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
