What you´ll do

• Executes engineering processes and projects ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at a competitive cost.
• Manages Project execution and Strives for improvements and efficiencies that leads to Project Success.
• Collects comprehensive data about aspects of a project, examine trends and help determine best path on how to manage change and growth.
• Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice.
• Monitors KPIs for engineering processes, finding trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise.
• Challenges status quo and brings new ideas to the team.

What makes you a good fit

• Proficiency in project management software, CAD or design software, and strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced industry.
• Lean Manufacturing, Process Engineering Technology, Optimization tools, Data Analytics.
• Advanced Excel, PowerBi, Analytics, AI exposure preferred.

The salary for this role is $ 70,000.00 - $ 95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
