Position Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using React.js, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture You will build responsive user interfaces, develop scalable backend APIs and services, integrate AI enabled capabilities, and optimize application performance, security, and reliability.

The position combines hands on software development with technical leadership, providing the opportunity to contribute to solution architecture, mentor team members, implement engineering best practices, and deliver enterprise grade applications from concept through production.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• At least 8 12 years of overall experience in software development with strong full stack application development expertise:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Strong experience building responsive web applications using React, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs, Java based backend services, and Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Experience integrating front end applications with backend services, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, OpenShift), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, LLM integration, AI APIs, or AI assisted application development is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, and modern software development tools.
• Healthcare, Health Insurance, or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain experience is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer

Location: Burlington MA | Hybrid

Exp: Minimum 13+ Years

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to support a high impact enterprise cloud modernization initiative for one of our strategic clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex platform challenges across Azure, Azure Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD automation, and cloud native infrastructure. You'll help design, build, and support secure, scalable cloud solutions, improve deployment automation, strengthen reliability and observability, and partner closely with engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams. This is a hands on technical role with senior level visibility, giving you the opportunity to influence platform best practices, support production deployments, guide cloud engineering improvements, and contribute to a modern, well governed cloud environment through client delivery model.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required (minimum): 5 7 years of related IT experience.

Preferred: 5 7 years of experience in a Cloud Engineering or DevOps role with knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.

Strong leadership including ability to influence others, work independently and exercise appropriate judgment in decision making

Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of business analysts, developers, data scientists, and subject matter experts

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, and the other departments within IT.

Respect for change management, environmental integrity, and process workflow within a relatively new and rapidly maturing organization.

Strong analytical and technical ability including strength in general issue troubleshooting

Understanding of and experience with the five pillars of a well architected framework

Technical experience with the following:

OS Level Administration (Linux, Windows), IaC Provisioning Tools (Terraform, ARM, Ansible, CloudFormation), Software development lifecycle principles, Build Orchestration Tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)

Azure experience with Terraform and IaC Strategy is highly desirable

Critical skills and experience around Azure/AWS and OpenShift / Kubernetes

Preferred experience with deployment Tools (CD/RO, Ansible, Azure DevOps, etc.) and Source Control Management (GitHub, SVN, BitBucket, etc.)

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript.

Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD tools like CloudBees/Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.

• Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Teradata, Snowflake, AWS Athena, or similar analytical environments
• Ability to perform data profiling, data mapping, data quality analysis, and root cause investigation
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data solutions
