Senior Engineering Management Specialist

Join our Deloitte Cyber team to deliver powerful solutions to help our clients navigate the ever-changing threat landscape. Through powerful solutions and managed services that simplify complexity, we enable our clients to operate with resilience, grow with confidence, and proactively manage to secure success. Identity security market is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Non-human identities (NHIs) include service accounts, AI agents, bots, API keys, and cloud tokens now outnumber human identities by ratios of 45:1 to 100:1 in enterprise environments. Our team is looking for a strong manager who understands not just traditional IAM but also the next frontier of agentic AI identity security. Recruiting for this role ends on 12/31/2026.

Work you'll do As a Senior Engineering Management Specialist on the Deloitte Cyber Identity & Access Management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the design, implementation, integration, and operation of SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions in complex client environments
  • Configuring and deploying SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components, including capabilities that help clients govern AI agents and other non-human identities as identity principals
  • Applying identity and access management engineering standards and secure development practices across identity governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and application onboarding
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery quality
  • Supporting governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities, including lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, and control improvement activities

The team Enables trust and safety of online communications and digital products, protecting users, consumers, and patients from harm. Enables clients to provide consumer confidence in knowing with whom they are dealing and ensuring the integrity of access to data including the rapidly expanding universe of machine and AI agent identities operating at scale across hybrid and cloud environments.

Qualifications Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity
  • 4+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise identity and access solutions
  • 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or workstreams delivering identity and access management architecture, engineering, or platform implementations
  • 4+ years of experience integrating identity management, access management, or identity governance solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience in one or more of the following: identity governance and administration, single sign-on, federation, advanced authentication, consumer identity and access management, privileged access management, identity as a service, cloud identity solutions, or enterprise directory architecture
  • Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including access certifications, lifecycle workflows, role management, policy configuration, and application connectors
  • Experience with role-based access control, access requests, approvals, segregation of duties, and certification processes
  • Experience securing non-human identities, including service accounts, API keys, machine certificates, OAuth tokens, bots, or AI agents
  • Experience applying AI-assisted coding workflows or Model Context Protocol technologies within SailPoint implementations
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, JavaServer Pages, servlets, or Structured Query Language in identity and access management customization and integration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,400 to $207,800. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
