Proficiency in front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar framework preferred). Skilled in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, with experience in design-to-code workflows. Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility. Experience creating or maintaining a component-based design system. Familiarity with performance optimization and SEO best practices. Effective collaboration with designers, marketers, and developers in cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience in B2B or technical industries. Working knowledge of version control (Git), build tools, and deployment workflows. Understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. The UI / UX Developer is responsible for designing and developing user-centered digital experiences across SIGMA Group’s websites and applications. This role bridges design and development—translating UX strategy and visual design into functional, responsive, and performant front-end solutions. Working with the Visual Designer and backend developers, this developer ensures consistent, efficient, and accessible interfaces across all digital properties. Onsite or Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and front-end implementation of SIGMA’s websites and internal applications, from wireframes to deployed interfaces.
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant front-end components using modern web technologies.
- Translate design prototypes and UX specifications into maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library for use across SIGMA’s web ecosystem.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic data into front-end interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing, performance reviews, and iterative improvements based on analytics and user feedback.
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in collaboration with the Visual Designer.
- Provide technical input on UX architecture, content structure, and conversion optimization.
- Work with stakeholders across divisions to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals.
