Job Title : Technology Lead

Work Location & Reporting Address : Plano, TX 75075 (onsite)

market rate

Contract duration : 6

Target Start Date : 1 Dec 2025

Does this position require Visa independent candidates only? Yes

Minimum years of experience : 7-10 years

Interview Process (Is face to face required?) Yes, in-person interview is required.

Detailed Job Description :

1. 7+ years of experience in development using Java, Spring boot, microservices, Cassandra & Kafka

2. Experience in developing RESTFUL Web Services using Java, Spring Boot and Jersey

3. Experience in integration with NoSQL databases like Cassandra

4. Experience in caching strategies using Redis

5. Experience in implementing event-based messaging solutions between systems

6. Experience in CI / CD practices and exposure to Azure Cloud

7. Experience with Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes

8. Experience in analyzing and designing for performance and performance tuning

9. Experience in tools like ELK, Dynatrace and Github
