Summary :

The Communications Specialist will support ADT's 360 communications team, which leads both internal and external initiatives across product PR, brand storytelling, executive visibility, employee engagement, and corporate positioning. This role plays a critical part in keeping team operations running smoothly while contributing to content development, campaign planning, and execution support across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident writing across channels and audiences.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Draft and edit content for internal newsletters, executive announcements, external newsroom articles, social media captions, and PR materials
• Assist with and own elements of planning and logistics for product launches, press events, activations, executive panel participation, and award submissions
• Support executive thought leadership coordination, including speaker intake, awards tracking, and preparation of bios, headshots, and topic summaries
• Maintain campaign trackers, shared documentation, editorial calendars, and press archives across internal platforms
• Maintain and manage a master content and editorial calendar across internal and external channels
• Develop post campaign recap reports
• Provide competitive and industry research for team leads in advance of a campaign launch or product announcement
• Manage media communication for requests for product samples, coordinate shipping of product samples to publications and the return of products
• Support partnership communications by tracking deliverables, coordinating messaging handoffs, and helping align timelines across internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field preferred
