Key Responsibilities Perform coding quality audits on outpatient records to ensure compliance with coding guidelines Provide ongoing feedback and training to coding staff to enhance coding accuracy Develop and implement educational programs regarding coding compliance and documentation standards Required Qualifications Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience Certification as a Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), or equivalent Three years of experience in coding or auditing CPT and ICD-10-CM Extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations related to documentation and coding
