Working in close collaboration with our ... operations team, you will also function as a key Manufacturing Coordinator to streamline order processing and workflow schedules. The ideal candidate brings dedicated data proficiency in Excel, adaptability navigating complex ERP environments such as SAP, clear written communication using Microsoft Word, and the proactive mindset of an organized Logistics Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary branch Office Coordinator, providing daily administrative support to leadership, sales teams, and plant staff while maintaining organized office systems.
Deliver top-tier customer service by answering incoming calls, managing inquiries, and communicating directly with vendors and clients regarding order status and delivery preferences.
Act as an operational Manufacturing Coordinator by scheduling workflows, gathering job specifications, and verifying production readiness to meet delivery timelines.
Build, maintain, and analyze detailed tracking spreadsheets, inventory models, and reconciliations using Excel.
Input customer purchase orders, manage raw material inventory, and close out production work orders within our core ERP platform.
Utilize enterprise software systems such as SAP to monitor open billing, reconcile monthly sales journals, and track supplier invoices for timely payment.
Prepare official business correspondence, meeting summaries, standard operating procedures, and compliance documents using Microsoft Word.
Step in as an on-site Logistics Coordinator to coordinate outbound freight shipments, verify carrier documentation, and ensure on-time order distribution.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
College coursework or an Associate???s/Bachelor???s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Prior professional experience as an Office Coordinator, administrative specialist, or operational clerk.
Direct working knowledge of enterprise database tools such as SAP or similar ERP modules (e.g., Chempax).
Practical experience managing inventory, entering purchase orders, and closing work orders within a modern ERP platform.
Working knowledge or hands-on experience supporting plant scheduling, job prep, or supply fulfillment in a manufacturing setting.
Background coordinating dispatch, outbound freight, shipping schedules, and carrier documentation.

Core proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including comfort with formulas, data validation, and lookup functions.
Working capability in Microsoft Word for document formatting, recordkeeping, and professional written correspondence.

Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain organized records in an active workplace.
