You'll collaborate cross functionally with Platform Engineering, Product, UX, and engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities based on developer feedback. A key part of this role involves defining and tracking Developer Experience KPIs and OKRs covering adoption, satisfaction, onboarding, usability, and productivity and turning successful pilots into scalable, repeatable processes.

You'll also own product communications around launches, enhancements, and roadmap updates, and regularly report outcomes and insights to leadership. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys blending research, data, and stakeholder collaboration to make developers' day to day work better.

. Experience defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs around adoption, satisfaction, and productivity

. Background supporting product launches, rollout plans, and change communications

. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management able to work across engineering, UX, and product teams

Desired Skillset

. Familiarity with Developer Experience (DX) or Internal Developer Platform (IDP) concepts

. Exposure to developer tooling like Backstage, GitLab CI/CD, or developer portals

. Background in product discovery, experimentation, or user research

Educational Requirement
