Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Southeast Dallas Schedule: Full-Time | 100% On-Site Compensation: $61,000 - $72,000 + Benefits Type: Direct Hire - W2

We are supporting a growing logistics, distribution, and supply chain organization seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join its operations team in Mesquite.

This position will focus on analyzing operational data, developing dashboards and reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights that improve supply chain performance. The analyst will work closely with operations, inventory, and leadership teams to support forecasting, inventory optimization, labor planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting using business intelligence tools
  • Create reports related to inventory performance, order fulfillment, productivity, service levels, and forecasting
  • Utilize SQL and Excel to extract, organize, and analyze large datasets
  • Support demand planning, inventory optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational visibility
  • Assist leadership with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and decision support
  • Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms
  • Understanding of forecasting, inventory management, KPI reporting, and data visualization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
