The Program Assistant provides clerical, organizational, and patient contact support for our Center for Supportive Services at both the 206 and 200 South Elmwood locations. They are responsible for administrative support across Housing/YouPLUS, THRIVE, and the Victorian (our 200 South Elmwood location).
As part of the essential functions of this role, the Program Assistant:
Qualified candidatewill have an Associate degree in human services or (2) years of Human Services/case management experience or demonstrated customer service and data management experience; candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential
Job type: Full-time
Required Education/Experience: Associate’s degree in Human Services, OR two (2) years of experience in either Human Services/case management or demonstrated customer service and data management
