Salary: $80,000 - $99,000 per year A bit about us: We are a growing manufacturer of hardware flight components and support parts serving leading aerospace companies. Our precision-made products support mission-critical operations across commercial and defense applications. We are seeking an energetic Sales Engineer to help expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing accounts. The Sales Engineer will split time 50/50 between account management and new business development. You will manage established customer relationships while also prospecting and engaging a target list of new aerospace and industrial companies. This role does not require an engineering background, but familiarity with aerospace, automotive, machining, CNC, welding, metals, or aluminum manufacturing is highly preferred. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience, is confident, coachable, and able to handle objections and rejection professionally. Full training and support will be provided. Why join us? Pursue new business opportunities from an assigned target list of prospective customers. Understand customer needs and communicate product capabilities effectively. Present solutions and support customers through the full sales cycle. Handle objections confidently and maintain professionalism under pressure. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, operations) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate CRM entries, sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence. Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related customer-facing role. Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation. Confidence and resilience when handling objections or rejection. Coachable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Ability to work onsite in City of Industry, CA. Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits (about 1-2 times a quarter) Preferred Experience in aerospace, automotive, machining, CNC, welding, metals, or aluminum manufacturing environments.
