Comcast Supply Chain Rotational Development Program

Comcast brings together the best in media and technology. We drive innovation to create the world's best entertainment and online experiences. As a Fortune 50 leader, we set the pace in a variety of innovative and fascinating businesses and create career opportunities across a wide range of locations and disciplines. We are at the forefront of change and move at an amazing pace, thanks to our remarkable people, who bring cutting-edge products and services to life for millions of customers every day. If you share in our passion for teamwork, our vision to revolutionize industries and our goal to lead the future in media and technology, we want you to fast-forward your career at Comcast.

Comcast's Supply Chain Rotational Development Program (RDP) is designed to offer opportunities for early-career professionals to grow into versatile, innovative leaders in the field of Supply Chain. Our program offers a unique blend of rotational experiences and cohort-based learning. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside skilled professionals, gain invaluable insights and leadership exposure, and hone your skills. At Comcast, we believe in empowering our SC RDP participants to reach their full potential and make a lasting impact within our organization. Join us and embark on a journey of growth, innovation, and leadership in one of the world's leading media and technology companies.

SC Rotational Development Program associates complete three unique full-time rotations over the course of two years. Your first rotation will be a one-year assignment at our Philadelphia Headquarters. In year 2, you'll be located at another major Comcast operation center where you'll complete two six-month assignments before launching into the business. As you rotate, you'll have the opportunity to work and live in different areas of the country while building your professional skill set and gaining exposure to key business and Supply Chain leaders. Learning & Development sessions will serve as ongoing building blocks to further your supply chain, leadership, and business acumen. We are looking for people to join our team who approach challenges with a data-driven and growth-mindset, who love collaborating with their peers and leaders to build strong products, and who proactively pursue opportunities to broaden their skill sets. Our most successful associates are focused on contributing to and building an inclusive environment and thoughtfully seek feedback to propel their growth.

Your responsibilities will vary based on your assigned team. Rotations include, but are not limited to, the following functional areas:

  • Demand Planning
  • Materials Planning
  • Transportation Management
  • Hub Operations
  • Project Management
  • Supply Chain Systems
  • BI & Data Analytics

Roles may be available in our key Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) office locations including but not limited to:

  • Philadelphia, PA
  • Swedesboro, NJ
  • Mt. Juliet, TN
  • Aurora, CO
  • Atlanta, GA

How do I qualify?

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field OR
  • Relevant work experience in a supply chain-related role with a strong interest in developing within the field
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Comcast is an EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer.

Employees at all levels are expected to:

  • Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.
  • Own the customer experience - think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.
  • Know your stuff - be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences.
  • Win as a team - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas.
  • Be an active part of the Net Promoter System - a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company - by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.
  • Drive results and growth.
  • Respect and promote inclusion & diversity.
  • Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities.
