The Role
We are on the hunt for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of intricate, cross-functional cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and have extensive experience managing large-scale technical programs. You will lead projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring they align with our strategic business goals.
The Main Responsibilities
Oversee the complete delivery of technical programs from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time.
Collaborate with engineering, business, and cloud provider teams to establish program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Create and uphold program roadmaps, detailed project plans, and status reports.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies while proactively resolving roadblocks.
Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and teams, driving decision-making and resolving issues.
Develop and implement best practices, tools, and templates for program management.
Track program metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Lead post-program reviews to extract lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
8+ years of program management experience in technology-focused organizations.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP); certifications are highly preferred.
Understanding of multicloud environments and hyperscaler ecosystems.
Experience in enterprise IT transformations or cloud migrations.
Strong grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Proven capability to manage multiple complex programs with interdependencies simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with keen attention to detail.
Experience with program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Compensation
Your anticipated base salary for this position is based on current national data. Individual compensation will vary depending on skills, experience, and other factors.
Location-Based Pay Ranges :
- $132,232 - $143,787 for various states.
- $138,844 - $155,494 for other states.
- $145,456 - $161,137 for specific states.
