Allison LaMaster is a current intern studying Business Management at Kirkwood Community College. During her time
with Northwestern Mutual, she has distinguished herself as a high performer, earning three fully paid trips through
exceptional productivity and client acquisition. She is ranked as a Top 50 Intern across all Northwestern Mutual
offices and has taken on a leadership role, helping mentor and guide new intern classes. Allison is set to transition
into a full-time role in June, continuing her career with the organization.

● Actively enrolled, full-time student (freshman–senior or final year of a Master’s program; all majors welcome)
● Able to work onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA (no sponsorship provided)
