Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM
Pay Rate : Up to $30 / hour
Job Overview :
We are seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter to support a client s inside sales hiring during a temporary leave coverage. The recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, build strong talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments and has a proven track record in sales recruiting.
Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle recruitment for inside sales positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and extending offers.
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, hiring goals, and candidate profiles.
Conduct structured screenings and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate candidate records and scorecards within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Track and report recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies and improve processes.
Requirements :
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or sales-focused environments.
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding recruiting goals under tight deadlines.
Strong ability to identify and evaluate high-performing sales candidates.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor s degree preferred but not required.
Additional Information :
This is a fully onsite role based in Farmers Branch, TX.
Immediate start required to cover a temporary leave.
