Job Description:
This company is seeking a National Commercial Business Developer to join a fast-growing national restoration location. The ideal candidate has an established national book of business, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record of securing large commercial restoration opportunities. This role offers the chance to drive national growth while partnering closely with executive leadership on high-value projects.
Info/Requirements:
- Business development experience in commercial restoration.
- Established book of business.
- Existing relationships within the hospitality and multifamily sector.
- Proven success securing hospitals, hotels, multifamily, and other large commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of mitigation, restoration, reconstruction, and large-loss sales cycles.
- Experience managing high-value, complex project opportunities.
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow a territory independently.
- Located in or open to relocating to Middle Tennessee or DFW area.
- Willingness to travel nationally.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission: Approximately 2% of generated revenue
- Total compensation: $150K–$200K+
