Full job description We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Architect or Lead to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications for our complaints handling platform. This role involves end-to-end architecture ownership, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and data security. Architect and Design : Define system architecture for complaints handling workflows, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance. Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake, tracking, and resolution. Development : Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) for backend and React / Angular for frontend. Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g., Okta, OAuth2 Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, QA, and compliance teams to align architecture with business goals.
