What We're Looking For

  • 68 years of renewable energy development experience, preferably within distributed generation and community solar.
  • Subject matter expertise in community solar, DG solar + storage, and net metering development, including financial incentive structures.
  • Experience in BESS development; FTM DG BESS development experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully advancing renewable energy projects from origination through NTP/COD.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve complex problems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional collaboration and mentoring.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage workload independently.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRMs, ERP systems, and shared folder drives.
