Dupont Shift : work schedule will follow a -hour day / night rotation
Job Description :
This position will support the automation systems in the warehouse area of client’s Concord plant, working directly with the equipment and systems responsible for order fulfillment. After an initial training period (M-F, am – pm), the work schedule will follow a -hour day / night rotation in accordance with client’s production shift schedule.
Experience :
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide array of automation system in the warehouse area including, mini load AS / RS cranes, Fanuc robots, various roller conveyors, and automation devices.
- Work with the operations team to ensure all processes and equipment are running smoothly and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Work with the engineering team on advanced support issues or process improvement projects.
- Ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed thoroughly.
- Demonstrated experience with robots and conveyor systems
- Ability to navigate and interpret PLC code
- In lieu of a degree, + years hands-on experience with robots, PLCs, AC / DC and servo motors, pneumatic systems, sensors, valves, and other automation related equipment
- Windows PC and Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word)
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to work safely around automated equipment
