Descripción del trabajoKansas City based team members will be expected to work in-office one day per week. A DAY IN THE LIFE Close collaboration with TTM App team and business users to cover ↑80% test automation for TTM App and its integration with other systems. Engage with business stakeholders to understand their workflow, assess if the system being built meets their requirements and report defects. Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript . Collaborate closely with developers to guide testing strategy across the development lifecycle – from unit tests to integration tests and end-to-end automation . Participate in grooming sessions and help define acceptance criteria and test coverage requirements . Provide technical guidance to developers on testability and best practices for writing maintainable tests. Perform exploratory testing when needed and contribute to a strong CI / CD pipeline by integrating tests effectively. Monitor test results, report bugs, and drive timely resolutions. Support the team in implementing a shift-left testing mindset and driving early feedback. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 5+ years of experience in QA automation, including end-to-end test development. Strong programming skills in TypeScript (ideally - otherwise MUST have strong JavaScript), and either Java or Groovy. Experience with test automation frameworks Katalon or Appium and Playwright or Cypress . Experience with Android Studio, Xcode, Real-device and emulator testing. Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD tools. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excel in Quality Assurance Policies, Standards & procedures. Strong test design / documentation skills. Translate business requirements into test cases / scenarios. Strong communication skills to interface with the technology teams and business stakeholders. Familiarity with defect management systems. Ability to maintain test data, test environment, test login, test template in a centralized repository. Strong attention to detail to identify, record, and prioritize issues as they arise. Troubleshooting and creative thinking to present viable solutions as problems arise Strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary $85,000 - $115,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
