Experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card.

We are searching for a dedicated Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA / QC) Technician to ensure that high standards are maintained in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The QA / QC Tech will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards. This position is contract-to-hire
Responsibilities
- Inspect and test gaming products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report quality issues and non-conformities to appropriate departments.
- Perform root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Conduct in-process inspections and final product audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
- Train production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
Requirements
