A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance (Data Operations).
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead a comprehensive QA framework for all Production Operations service catalog items
Validate deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and integrity, ensuring QA protocols are in place
Lead and mentor a globally distributed QA team while promoting a QA-first culture across cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
7+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
Experience in fast-paced, SLA-driven production or service-delivery environments
Proven ability to author and enforce SOPs, QA frameworks, and governance models
Hands-on experience with data-focused QA processes, including imports, cleansing, and reporting
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, ETL workflows, and QA / ticketing tools such as Monday.com and Jira
