National Multifamily Builder With Strong Growth Pipeline

Our client is a nationally recognized, privately held real estate developer, builder, and property manager with more than three decades of success in the multifamily sector. Operating as a fully integrated organization, they oversee development, construction, and property management, creating a unique environment focused on quality, innovation, and long-term success. The company has earned multiple workplace awards and maintains a strong reputation for employee development and client satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction operations for large multifamily projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Oversee project financial performance from preconstruction through closeout
  • Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for owners and project stakeholders
  • Conduct regular project meetings and progress updates
  • Mentor and develop field teams while fostering a positive project culture

The Successful Applicant

  • A successful Superintendent should have:
  • 7-10+ years of construction leadership experience
  • Proven experience leading large multifamily construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling and site management
  • Experience utilizing Procore, Primavera P6, and related construction technologies
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards

What's On Offer
