Job Description

Position Title : Sales Representative - Landscaping Services

Location : Greater Phoenix Area

Company Overview :

Join a leading landscaping company serving the Greater Phoenix area, known for delivering top-tier services for new builds and custom landscaping projects. We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to expand our client base and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial new build markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and other industry contacts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, with a background in landscaping, construction, or related fields being a strong advantage.
  • Existing industry contacts and networks are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Salary : $85,000 annually
  • Commission : 3% on closed sales
  • Company vehicle provided
  • Comprehensive health insurance
  • Paid vacation and holidays
