Descripción del trabajoDesigns data collection instruments, including forms and fields in currently utilized data gathering software. Utilizes Excel and other statistical software to analyze and interpret data. Prepares Excel and other statistical software data files for distribution and sharing with other departments and teams. Develops reports for agency’s performance improvement and management decision-making. Responds to data requests for grant / proposal preparation and other needs of the agency. Performs other related duties as assigned by Administrator or Director of Program Development.

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of Evaluation and Data Supervisor, collects, evaluates, manages, and prepares data to support activities of agency. Prepares statistical and narrative reports, designs & conducts surveys, conducts focus groups, and completion of external surveys.
HOURS
40 per week, Monday-Friday.

CATEGORIES OF DUTIES
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalent work experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis using Excel, SPSS, and / or other software used for data analysis.

Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. is a non-profit corporation, which provides behavioral healthcare services, including chemical dependency.
