LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an HRIS Analyst for our healthcare client based in the Pacific Northwest. This position will be a long-term contract position and will be a 40-hour work week. This position will support and optimize HR technology systems by partnering with business leaders and IT teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and implement system enhancements. This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, developing reports and dashboards, leading testing efforts, troubleshooting system issues, creating user documentation and training materials, and supporting small to medium-sized HR technology projects. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering effective system solutions that enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour Search managed by: Jennifer Andrews Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
