Responsibilities
- Work closely with end-users to define specifications and develop software solutions
- Work in a complex and non-routine environment requiring advanced technical / business skills
- Maintain and support existing Oracle systems and various integrations to other third-party systems
- Participate in the improvement of development processes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize APEX applications for performance.
- Participate in the improvement of development processes and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Write clear technical documentation for developed applications, processes, and APIs.

Desirable Experience
The annual base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $225,000 depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, DRW offers a comprehensive suite of employee benefits including group medical, pharmacy, dental and vision insurance, 401k (with discretionary employer match), short and long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance, health savings accounts, and flexible spending accounts.
