Solutions Architect
Our client is seeking a collaborative and solutions-oriented technical professional who can bridge the gap between complex data systems and business needs within a fast-paced project environment. This individual will play a key role in translating technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions while partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable navigating both technical problem-solving and client-facing communication with confidence.

This role is fully remote.

Solutions Architect Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to gather, interpret, and translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solution strategies.
• Develop and recommend data-driven solutions that support custom project needs while balancing technical feasibility, timelines, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support the development, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of SQL-based solutions and data processes.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify gaps, trends, risks, and opportunities for improved performance and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted technical resource for clients and non-technical stakeholders by clearly communicating challenges, recommendations, and project updates.
• Manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects while adapting to evolving business requirements and shifting timelines.
• Support cross-functional collaboration efforts to ensure alignment between project goals, technical execution, and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to process improvements, solution documentation, and ongoing optimization initiatives within a high-performance team environment.

Solutions Architect Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting the development of technical or data-focused business solutions.
• 10+ years of experience working with SQL Server, relational databases, or similar data management technologies.
• Advanced experience developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, or other database solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and approachable manner.
• Experience working directly with clients, business stakeholders, or cross-functional partners in a consultative capacity.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
• Experience performing complex data analysis and working with large-scale datasets in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical and business priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation: $60-$70/hr. (DOE)
