Title : Senior Engineer – Data & Analytics

Location : Chicagoland area

Compensation : $100–130K base + Bonus

Employment Type : Full-Time

We are seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to help our client scale their enterprise data capabilities. This role focuses on building and optimizing data pipelines across AWS and on-prem environments, driving analytics that power smarter business decisions across finance, logistics, and procurement.

What You’ll Do :

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, AWS, and SQL
• Build and optimize data warehouses, automate workflows, and ensure performance at scale
• Partner with internal product owners to translate data requirements into actionable insights
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools that enable real-time decision-making
• Lead innovation through AI and automation initiatives (RAG, LLMs, chatbots)
• Mentor junior engineers and champion data engineering best practices
