Danika Plumbing is looking for a skilled Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing role focused on diagnosing and completing residential plumbing repairs and maintenance through scheduled service appointments.
At Danika, a service call is about understanding the homeowner’s concern, doing a thorough job, and helping the customer make an informed decision. We train our plumbers to follow a clear call process: build rapport, set expectations, ask thoughtful questions, explore the home for related concerns, inspect and diagnose, then explain findings and options in a straightforward way. The goal is to help the homeowner understand what is happening and choose what works for them, without pressure or a scripted sales pitch.
You’ll report to the Operations Manager and work closely with our office and field teams to keep customers informed and service calls running smoothly.

The Right Fit
You take ownership of the call from arrival to completion. You listen before recommending work, explain what you find, and follow through on the details. You understand that good service means more than fixing the immediate problem: the homeowner should feel heard, informed, and confident about the next step.
You’re open to learning and using a consistent call process while bringing your own personality and sound judgment to each interaction. You care about quality work and treat every home with respect.
